            Job Description

Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements
Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance
Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety protocols at all times
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain a safe work environment
Oversee high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, electrical works, and chemical handling
Maintain and update all safety documentation, permits-to-work, and compliance records
Support emergency response planning and drills
