In this role, you will work alongside engineers, product teams, and platform specialists to improve service reliability, automate operational processes, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, high‑performing solutions.

• Support the reliability, availability, and performance of critical business platforms and services
• Investigate and resolve incidents, helping restore services quickly and minimise customer impact
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and cloud environments
• Contribute to the design and improvement of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure
