This well know and respected contractor has worked in the southern home counties for decades, and has a strong foothold in many top frameworks delivering multi million pound schemes in Eduction, Health Civic Leisure and R&D projects.

Responsibilities

As well as its main stream activities the company are engaged in a major phased development requiring a major deconstruction of a major facility. This complex work requires the attention of a Site Manager with extensive temporary works experience. The ideal candidate is likely to be from an Engineering background, and be looking for an opportunity to join a major contractor with diverse and technically challenging projects. The project demands extensive interface with local stakeholders, and this initial phase runs for around 18months before a major new build project commences.
