We have a number of Site Manager roles available within the Wanaka region. These roles will suit experienced Site Managers who are trade qualified. Projects are within the commercial sector.
  
Responsibilities will typically include:

• Managing the day to day activities on site, provide clear direction on tasks to be completed on a daily basis.
• Lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver high quality outcomes meeting project demands and timelines
• Lead toolbox meetings
• Manage conversations with sub contractors.
• Planning and effectively managing the program
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service quality
• Reporting on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget
• To meeting the performance objectives of the project
• Sub-contractor management
• Read drawings and communicate relevant tasks
