These roles will suit experienced Site Managers who are trade qualified. Projects are within the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities on site, providing clear direction on tasks to be completed daily.
• Lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver high quality outcomes meeting project demands and timelines.
• Lead toolbox meetings.
• Manage conversations with sub‑contractors.
• Plan and effectively manage the program.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders while maintaining high service quality.
• Report on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget.
• Ensure performance objectives of the project are met.
• Sub‑contractor management.
• Read drawings and communicate relevant tasks.
