Role Summary

The Site Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager (HWRCs) and manages a team of permanent staff across two or more operational facilities. The role involves day‑to‑day operation of the council's HWRCs, ensuring efficient, compliant and safe operations, managing operational staff, delivering service improvements, forecasting financial performance, and covering for other Site Managers.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC) Level 4/Occupational Certificate of Competence (OCC) or must achieve competence within 12 months of appointment relevant to the facility being managed.
