Job Description

IFF is a $12B global business producing a multitude of food, pharma, and industrial ingredients used around the world. With over 22,000 employees globally and over 100 locations the company is on a mission to “Do More Good” and bringing science and creativity together.

The successful candidate will become the site leader of one of the largest sites in IFF home to ~500 employees and manage an Industrial Park with several tenants with over 2000 people working daily. The role also includes the managing director responsibilities for the entity for IFF.

We hunger for a critical thinker to ensure continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality. An individual able to drive safety, productivity, and most important strong leadership for the site.
