The Site Lead will direct the clinical staff at the clinic assigned including scheduling, inventory control, ordering of all necessary supplies, clinical documentation, maintaining the aesthetics of the clinic, and overseeing operational standards. The Site Lead serves as both a clinical team member and leader within the assigned clinic. In addition to fulfilling regular clinical duties within their discipline, the Site Lead collaborates closely with center manager and patients to ensure exceptional care delivery and a seamless patient experience. This role provides on-site leadership to clinical staff, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational standards and values.
