The Facilities Manager will serve as the single point of contact for all Day-to-Day Facilities management (FM) Operations across assigned site(s). This role is responsible for overseeing both technical and administrative teams, ensuring high performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. The Site lead will manage vendor Relationship, Financial budgets, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also involves driving continuous improvement through innovation, cost optimization, and quality initiatives while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
