Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Head – Sales who can drive revenue, manage a closing team, and run site-level operations end-to-end .

This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, improving conversions, managing channel partners, and ensuring smooth site operations .

1. Sales & Revenue Ownership

• Drive site-level revenue targets and closures
• Monitor pipeline: leads → site visits → bookings
• Guide team on negotiation and deal closure
