            Key Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing on-site activities 
Managing work crews 
Ensuring safety compliance 
Supporting the execution of ground engineering techniques 
Working closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely and quality project delivery 
Qualifications and Requirements Technical certificate or higher in a relevant field is an advantage 
Minimum 3 years of experience in Geotechnical site work 
Solid understanding of geotechnical methods and equipment 
Strong leadership and communication skills 
Basic English communication skills 
Basic knowledge of site testing - ZLT, PLT, CPT 
Ability to understand basic site drawings and communicate site plan with Operators
