Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven civil execution experience with a Main Contractor in the UAE.
• Must hold an active Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 or higher engineering license and SOE membership.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, BOQ analysis, and structural drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring steel fixing, formwork, and concrete pouring meet exact structural standards.
• Manage and coordinate with multiple sub-contractors on-site to ensure strict project deadlines are met without delays.
• Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, preparing the site for surprise Dubai Municipality and consultant inspections.
