Responsibilities
Supervise construction operations and provide on-site coordination for various projects. Manage workforce, ensuring all workers are aware of their duties and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise on-site. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management regarding project status and budget.
