Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract Liaise with clients, site staff and manage agreed quantities programmes Submit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates Set and maintain work sequences and construction programmes Control costs and cash flow management Set and maintain production targets and operational efficiencies Drive projects to completion Effective problem solving Sub-Contractor management Requirements
