End to end responsibility for managing the relocation process for our clients, from start to finish
Hosting initial orientation calls and ensuring ongoing follow up and communication throughout the relocation process
Managing a wide range of relocation related needs in line with client policies, including travel and accommodation bookings, and acting as the primary point of contact for the assignee
Ensuring database accuracy and clear, effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal colleagues
Reviewing, approving, and following up on invoices to ensure accurate and up to date cost control for both the client and the company
Demonstrating empathy and understanding toward assignees, while remaining proactive and responsive in time sensitive situations
