Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in clients and provide professional showroom service.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture, FF&E, and interior solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up quotations, orders, payment status, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain accurate client follow-up records and update the quotation tracker.
  • Support designer registration and discount procedures when required.
  • Follow company approval procedures for pricing, discount, payment, and delivery.
  • Maintain good client relationships and support after-sales communication.
  • Assist with showroom display, product knowledge learning, and sales training.
  • Report daily client status and sales progress to showroom management.
