This position serves as the first point of contact for the Pella Showroom customer walk-ins and call-ins and contributes to sales success by properly directing customers to the appropriate department and answers product related questions. Must be a quick learner and have a desire to be a product expert. In addition, he/she will provide administrative assistance to sales and administration.
Responsibilities
· Display and/or demonstrate product in showrooms, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products.
· Answers and accurately directs customer calls for both internal and external customers by asking leading questions and prequalifying. Sets proper customer expectations regarding the retail replacement process.
· Maintains a favorable and hospitable setting for all customers in the showroom
