• Deliver annual targets for sales, leasing, occupancy, and OPEX as approved by the Board.
  
• Safeguard the existing business by proactively managing tenant retention and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
  
• Drive the execution of the commercial center’s repositioning and leasing strategy.
  
• Collaborate closely with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance footfall, tenant performance, and customer experience.
