Our Client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Shop Manager. Role Purpose
To plan, direct & oversee the operations and fiscal (Sales profitability) health of a retail cluster consisting of a minimum of three Retail Shops Key Responsibilities
Drive the Revenue & Profitability of the Shops within the allocated Retail ClusterReports & Sales projections/planningEnforce SOPs across all stores within the clusterManage the shop’s look and feel, i.e., merchandising consistent with the brand, uniforms, and consistency in animation activities inside or outside the shopManage balance between consignment stock and DFP sales with an objective of maximizing device sales
