Shop Lead 1st Shift

Hours: 5:00AM-3:30PM Mon-Thurs



Assisting Shop Supervisor overseeing daily shop floor operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role acts as the bridge between management and production staff, providing leadership, training, and hands-on support.



Experience:

Welding (Will be tested)

Fabrication

Machine Operating



Work Environment:

Manufacturing/shop floor setting

Standing, walking, and lifting required

Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
