Summary of Position

Executes the shipping function, as it relates to requisite paperwork, package preparation, and logistics associated with routing packages to appropriate carriers and time frames.

Essential Job Requirements (MINIMUM):

Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules.
