Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily shipping and receiving duties.


• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.


• Assemble, package, label, and palletize orders for shipment.


• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.


• Coordinate pickups, returns, and tracking information with carriers.


• Prepare shipping documentation and international paperwork as needed.


• Process incoming shipments physically and within IQMS software.


• Inspect incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy.
