THE ROLE
Merch Traffic is currently hiring a Shipping Coordinator. This person will be responsible for tracking purchasing orders, coordinating shipping from suppliers to multiple locations worldwide, and completing receipts in our inventory software.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, domestic and international
Work across all departments, 3P distributors, and other parties to ensure product gets to the right place, on time, and at the best possible cost
Ensure all shipments are compliant with interstate traffic laws and regulations
Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
2 to 4 years of shipping and logistics experience
