Responsibilities - Deliver CTM, documents, and spares
- Coordinate with ship suppliers and crew
- Coordinate repairs
- Arrange delivery of spares
- Arrange supply of fresh water
- Book hotel accommodation for crew and superintendents
- Arrange land and sea transportation
- Apply for PSA and Jurong pass for technicians and crew
- Reply promptly to emails and calls from ship master/crew and owner
- Arrange in/out pilotage and MPA port clearance for vessel
- Arrange crew clearance on vessel arrival and departure ICA clearance
Requirements Required to work at odd hours and under pressure/time deadline. As owners protective agent, he will need to minimise ship expenses and protect owners interest.
