The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Shift Team Leader to join a modern Energy from Waste power generation facility in the Liverpool area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the plant while leading and supporting the shift operations team. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced operational environment where safety, reliability and performance are key priorities.
