HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Shift Supervisor, Rider Operations to supervise a rider operations team. You will ensure operators are following the correct workflows and approved procedures that support our customers.

In this role, you’ll be a hands‑on leader, working alongside your team daily to ensure all software and hardware tests are executed to high standards. You will collaborate closely with other leaders within fleet operations to safely and efficiently drive day-to-day vehicle fleet operations.
