The Opportunity

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team, working 32 hours per week on a rostered shift basis (evenings and weekends).

The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of efficient, seamless, and safe operations across Lifeline’s 24/7 service. You will provide both operational and leadership to our Helpline staff and volunteers, supporting the team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate, and effective responses to people reaching out for support.

This is an opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is ready to step into a leadership role or a current leader.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A relevant qualification in Counselling or Social Work , or a related health profession (professional registration is essential for this role).
• Experience working within a helpline, counseling, mental health, or social service environment.
