Supervise daily cage operations including cashiering, vault operations, jackpot payouts, and credit issuance. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately processed and documented in compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. Train, coach, and evaluate cage team members; assist in scheduling and maintaining adequate staffing levels. Monitor and control cashier paperwork, variances, and shift reports. Assign cashier banks and ensure key logs are properly maintained. Respond to and resolve patron inquiries and complaints professionally. Contact Surveillance for any suspicious activity and report incidents to management. Maintain excellent customer relations between cage team members and patrons. Monitor time and attendance, including breaks for cage team members. Act as a liaison between cage team members and other departments.
