The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff during assigned shift
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
