Overview


Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to Hope House residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the shelter. This is a 16 hour week position - Saturday & Sunday 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.


Responsibilities


+ Provide support to shelter residents.

+ Monitor the activities of the residents within the shelter environment. Complete daily Shift log checklist during your shift. Review and record the Communication Log each shift.
