**Job Description**

The Sheet Metal Foreman leads and supervises field sheet metal crews while working hands-on to install ductwork systems for commercial and industrial projects. This role oversees layout, fabrication, and installation of duct systems, ensures work quality and code compliance, coordinates manpower and materials, and collaborates closely with project stakeholders to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead, supervise, and actively work alongside sheet metal crews in the field to complete projects safely and efficiently.
+ Install ductwork systems, including rectangular, spiral, and custom-fabricated components, according to project specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to plan layout and installation of duct systems and related materials.
