**Pay:** $25–$27/hr

**Location:** Vancouver, WA

**Shift:** Swing Shift — Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (4x10 schedule)

**Job Description**

This role is responsible for cutting and preparing metal materials used in the fabrication of kilns and boilers. You will be working with shear machines to cut plate and sheet metal based on blueprints and production specs, helping keep the shop running efficiently.

This is a hands-on position in a production environment where accuracy, safety, and consistency are key.
