            Key Responsibilities:  Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and dressing wounds 
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans 
Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation 
Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care 
Monitor and respond to changes in patients conditions promptly and appropriately 
Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed 
Support junior staff and supervise healthcare assistants when necessary 
Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and assist in minor procedures
