Responsibilities:
**Job Responsibilities Include** :
+ Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures.
+ Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures
+ Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards.
+ Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects.
+ Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
+ Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects.
+ Working to continuously improve employee morale
+ Handling team member questions and concerns.
+ Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals.
