Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Armadale Centre. 

This position would provide information, assessments, interventions, case management and psychoeducation to reduce the spread of HIV, Sexually 
Transmissible Infections (STIs) and Blood Borne Viruses (BBV's) and improve health outcomes for young people and families.
