. Perform all operational processing in our back-office system.
. Carry out the management of the full trade lifecycle including fails trade investigation, exception management, settlements and reconciliations.
. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlements, reconciliation, control checks, investigation, and that exception handling is being performed and timely escalation closed off issued.
. Take ownership of the process assigned and execute tasks promptly.
. Identify gaps and enhance operational workflows.
. Assist in new product or system enhancement testing and UAT.
