About you:
You will support parentsand caregivers to confidently run sessions, model Playcentre philosophy, and enhance children’s learning, while fostering a strong whānau-led culture by building members’ knowledge, confidence, and leadership.
You will also have:
- Passion for Playcentre philosophy and empowering whānau
- Course 3 of the Playcentre Education Diploma or equivalent ECE Qualification Level 4+
- Current First Aid Certificateor willingnessto complete
- Confidence using technology to support learning & administration
- Strong knowledge of TeWhāriki, ECE regulations, and a commitment to TeTiritio Waitangi
- Permanent NZ work rights
