About the Role

As a Services Team Leader – Warehouse & Yard Ops, you will lead, coordinate, or oversee warehouse & logistics operations across Singapore.

• Ensuring that the internal and 3rd party warehouses operate at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
• Developing warehouse operations procedures by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• Knowledge of the disciplines of warehouse management and distribution.
• Overseeing daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
