**SA CCA - Service Development is the organization responsible for creating strategies, programs and process to **maintain Chevrolet vehicles making their maintenances or any other services needed in our dealers, through all its lifecycle. Our vision is to Chevrolet Service be recognize as a trusted choice that fits customers’ lifestyle with convenience that delights and creates confidence in ownership, inspiring future vehicle purchases. **This function will have a direct relationship with several areas (parts, legal, Marketing, Dealers, global teams, etc.) to development programs that will guarantee customer retention and profitability in service operations.**
