Overview

We are implementing the ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) module and are seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to support the design and implementation.

While an implementation partner will perform the configuration and build, this role will act as an internal advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring the solution design aligns with business needs, ServiceNow best practices, and long-term platform strategy.

The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders, procurement teams, and the implementation partner to guide design decisions and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
