Responsibilities:
- Managed Services Operations : Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow modules (ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, SPM), including incident resolution, problem management, service request fulfillment, and change management.
- Platform Enhancements : Design and implement enhancements to ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports, leveraging out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities and minimal customization to improve functionality and user experience.
- Incident and Problem Resolution : Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems across ServiceNow modules, collaborating with support teams to minimize disruptions and update the knowledge base with solutions.
