We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions that improve infrastructure visibility, service health monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Servers.
• Build and optimize CMDB data models and ensure CMDB health and governance.
• Implement and maintain CSDM-aligned service models and relationships.
• Troubleshoot Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and service maps.
