Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, primarily Change Management and Release Management.
Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Develop and maintain risk-based approval processes and routing mechanisms.
Implement Change Lifecycle Automation and Release Management processes.
Configure Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Major Change workflows.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for operational visibility.
Create Catalog Items, Record Producers, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Configure notifications, SLAs, approvals, and escalation workflows.
Support UAT, deployment activities, hypercare, and production support.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement OOTB-first solutions.
