THE WORK:
As a ServiceNow CSM consultant, you will be a part of Agile development team and perform hands on technical development work. The role will be based in Wellington with hybrid working opportunity.
+ Be a Subject Matter Expert on Customer Service and Portal best practices
+ Responsible for guiding the clients through their implementation and maximizing expertise
+ Manage project implementation and oversee technical architectural design
+ Drive engagement for client and team to ensure client success
+ Provide quality assurance on all deliverables

+ Certified System Administrator (CSA)
+ Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management
