            Job Description  Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on elevators according to the established schedules 
Identify and rectify issues promptly to minimise downtime and enhance the longevity of equipment. 
 Emergency Repairs  Respond promptly to emergency repair calls and address issues efficiently to restore elevator functionality 
Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems 
 Compliance and Safety  Stay abreast of industry regulations, safety standards and building codes 
Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and comply with relevant standards 
 Technical Expertise  Stay informed about advancements in elevator technology and apply knowledge to enhance system performance
