A Service Catering Technician is a highly skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing technical catering equipment and systems. Also combines technical expertise with excellent customer service to keep equipment running smoothly and efficiently.

Performing repairs and replacing deflective parts of catering equipment Commissioning catering equipment Perform diagnosis on faults / malfunctioning of equipment and troubleshooting Be prepared to do call outs and overtime as required Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure high reliability of systems Ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment as per customer request Liaise with the relevant service coordinator and other stakeholders Complete service in accordance with the schedule and request forms Service and maintenance concerns to be reported to the escalated timeously for action Advises customers o...
