As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to theTeam Leader – Service, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Your day-to-day

Drive service, spare parts, retrofit, and optimization sales with existing customers to achieve annual targets

Identify and develop new service opportunities through regular customer visits

Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and first‑level emergency response

Support Team Leader with technical and cost studies for project proposals and bidding

Collaborate closely with service operations, Application Centre, R&D, machine tool builders, and contractors
