• Oversees overall service department operations, including goal setting and performance monitoring
• Manages hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of service department staff
• Prepares and administers the department’s annual operating budget
• Ensures compliance with manufacturer policies and government regulations
• Monitors productivity, quality of repairs, warranty processing, and parts availability
• Develops and implements marketing plans to drive new and repeat business
• Maintains strong customer relationships and handles complaints promptly
• Ensures high standards of service quality, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Coordinates training, meetings, and reporting with management and factory representatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a car dealership
