In this role, you’ll oversee daily shop operations, support and develop staff, manage workflow, and ensure high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and work orders
• Support technicians, advisors, and shop staff
• Monitor department performance, revenue, and expenses
