This is a hands-on Service Manager role based in Adelaide North, ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving a service operation.
The department is currently lean, giving you the opportunity to step in, take ownership, and put the structure, processes, and leadership in place to support future growth.
You’ll be leading a small team day-to-day while driving productivity, improving workflow, and lifting overall performance. There’s no foreman layer, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on the floor, leading from the front and staying close to the operation.
As the business grows, the service department will scale with it, creating genuine long-term upside for the right person.
